xbox360 Stick to Mak Supergun ?

I have an great Xbox360 Stick ,and whant to use it on mak supergun ! :roll:
Is there any option to use it by pad adapter ,or is the only way to use an NEO GEO
pad kabel witch is modded to the stick. :?:

Iff its so hope anybody here can fix my Stick ,to use it on my mak.
