Can i use this in normal Sega Naomi .

This is the same cable I use in my NNC for JVS 2 Jamma and works wonderfull as it is. Dunno if you need a tube for lowres in your Naomi Universal...

yes, CRT chassis must support 15khz. A Naomi Uni only supports 31khz, unless someone put a different monitor or chassis in the cab.

You can also put a converter in between the JAMMA harness and the CRT. I do not use one, but there a folks here that do. Perhaps they can chime in to help you out.
 
I thought FrancoB on AO stopped producing these looms?
