As I already mentioned when introducing myself I'm looking for people in Groningen who are into fighting games, shooting games, Megaman, Contra, platformers, RPGs, Japanese / retro / arcade / console / handheld stuff in general ...

I want gaming pals in Groningen!!

Hi,

I live nearby Groningen, about 20 to 30 minutes driving. Have a personal "mini-gamecenter" with 5 candy cabs and a dedicated racing cab, ran by me and 3 friends from here.

Not really into fighting games (especially not Street Fighter, but do like Tekken/Soul Calibur/DOA), mainly shmups and puzzle games.

Currently not much time unfortunately, but you're welcome somewhere in the near future

I'm from Germany and my parents too

But nice to hear that! On the map it looks like you're about an hour away from Groningen, right?

I found a facebook group for Dutch fighting game players and they said there are many Smash Bros players in Groningen and a few who play SF4 and the new Guilty Gear. Guess I'll join the GG party

But I'm a scrub though. Only meet me if you're not looking for a challenge :wink:

Hey what's up?!

I don't want to put myself into the spotlight and I'm also still afraid of posting in Dutch!

Just wanted to let you know I will move to Groningen around the 24th, so is the SHMUP TEAM NOORD perhaps planning to meet sometime in September?
I will probably bring my car, too (if the repairs will be finished until then) so it won't be a problem to come to wherever you guys meet!

Is there any chance of becoming a member of SHMUP TEAM NOORD? :wink:

Any game I have to 1CC or any score I have to beat?

I'm so excited about everything, can't wait to move into my new room! With all the CRTs I will have to carry up the stairs :lol:
