I think you should look for info on a card system used for that particular game. Tekken is not a Naomi game, so I don't think it works with Sega's card games, but I could be wrong, maybe they use a universal card system.
DLX should know something, he is Namco fanboy hehe

Just buy a System 246 with Soul, it has a MEMORY CARD to save your progress

EDIT; found this;
